Creating and running the club is free

Step by step

1. Create your club — free
In the app, go to Association → Create, pick “Sports club” ⚽ and enter the name. Your club is created instantly, with no sign-up fee or lock-in, and you get an invite link.

2. Organize your teams
Create a group for each team or age category (U10 A, U8 B…). Each family joins their child's team, so trips are coordinated per team.

3. Invite the families
Share the link or invite code via WhatsApp or email. Each family creates their account and activates Plan Plus to travel to training and matches.

4. Add coaches and coordinators
Assign roles to share the workload: coordinators manage the calendar and communications, and coaches their own team — with no access to payments.

5. Schedule matches and assign cars
Create the event (opponent, place and time) and the system suggests which cars and drivers can take each child. You confirm the assignment and each family sees their seat and real-time tracking.

6. Communicate with announcements
Send an announcement to the whole club or to a specific team (schedule changes, call-ups, notices) without relying on WhatsApp chains.

Everything your club does and how to configure it

This is the complete map of what you manage from the club dashboard. You don't have to set it all up on day one: start with the teams and families, and adjust the rest when you need to.

Club type

In Settings you pick the type (school, sports, activities or other). The type unlocks specific options, such as the school year and PIN pickup for schools.

Teams (groups)

Create a group for each team or category. In Settings you decide whether there are group admins and whether families can join a group on their own.

Invite families

Share the club's invite link or code; each family joins from the app and adds their child.

Members

In Members you see every family in the club and can remove them.

Requests

In Requests you approve or reject those who ask to join, to control who gets in.

Roles

Give each member a role: coordinator, coach, driver or staff. Each role sees only what concerns them.

Events and matches

Create the event with place, date and time. You add a meeting point with its time and set whether it's one-way or round trip.

Transport with cars

Enable transport on the event and the system suggests which cars and drivers cover each seat; you confirm the assignment (Assign cars).

Driver pool

In Settings you keep a list of trusted community drivers to cover the trips.

Driver preferences

Turn on driver preferences to take into account who each child travels with.

Identity verification

Turn on “mandatory identity verification” to require drivers to verify their identity (KYC) before driving.

Charges

Enable or disable the club's charges from Settings, depending on whether families pay to travel.

Calendar

In Calendar you see and organize all the club's events and matches.

Communications

From Messages you send announcements to the whole club or a specific team; they arrive as a notification.

Documents

In Documents you share authorizations, rules or other files with the families.

Stats and ranking

In Stats you track participation and attendance, and the Ranking encourages families to pitch in.

Nearby families

In Families you see which club families live near each other to group trips.

Import members

Add many families at once by importing a list (CSV), instead of one by one.

Schools and PTAs

If you're a school, you manage the school year and PIN pickup. If you're a PTA, you link your association to a school. All from Settings.

Share management with roles

You don't have to do it all. Each person sees only what they need:

Role	What they can do
Administrator	Everything: settings, members and payments.
Coordinator	Calendar, members and announcements. No access to payments.
Coach	Their team: kids, events and attendance.
Driver	Transport assigned to the club's teams.

What does it cost the club?

Nothing. Creating and running the club is free.

No sign-up fee or lock-in for the club.
Kidstoride is funded by the Plan Plus of each family that wants to travel to events.
The trip cost (fuel) is split among families and goes straight to the driver; the app doesn't keep that money.
