Accessibility statement

Last updated: 2026-06-20

Kidstoride is committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of its web and mobile platform, in accordance with EU Directive 2016/2102 and applicable national legislation.

1. Target conformance level

Our goal is to achieve Level AA conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

We strive to apply accessibility best practices in the design and development of all platform components.

2. Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML structure with ARIA labels on navigation and forms.
  • Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.
  • Keyboard navigation across all critical flows (registration, booking, payment).
  • Automated accessibility testing with axe-core (WCAG 2.0 A, 2.0 AA, 2.1 AA).
  • Descriptive labels (aria-label) on buttons, icons and interactive links.

3. Known limitations

Some interactive map components (MapTiler/MapLibre) may present accessibility limitations for screen reader users. We are working on providing text alternatives for map information.

Content generated by artificial intelligence includes a transparency label, but the accessibility of generated content cannot be guaranteed 100%.

4. Contact and complaints

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our platform, please let us know by writing to privacidad@kidstoride.com indicating the URL, the issue found and the device or assistive technology used.

If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 20 working days, you may file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your country.

5. Declaration date

This statement was prepared on 2026-06-20. Next review: June 2027.
