QR code dismissals
Coordinators generate a digital PIN. Parents scan the QR code to pick up their children safely and with a full audit trail.
Student management
Import your student list from CSV. Assign groups and authorize the responsible adults for each child.
Pickup groups
Organize students into groups by class, activity, or route. Parents join with an invitation code.
Activity calendar
Plan field trips, sports events, and extracurricular activities with integrated attendance management.
Absences and recurring patterns
Parents mark absences from their phone. Trip bookings are cancelled automatically and drivers are notified.
Authorized persons and goes home alone
Each family decides who may pick up their child and whether the child can leave on their own. Everything recorded digitally.
The parent association can unlock additional features
If the parent association or the school itself wants to organize carpooling between families, sign digital documents, or access advanced tools, it can activate the association plan.

Parents coordinate routes autonomously from the app. The association manages seat assignments.

Kidstoride complies with Regulation EU 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) and voluntarily classifies as a Minimal Risk system.

Transparency to the student
AI-generated content is always identified with the notice «Generated with artificial intelligence», in accordance with Art. 50.

Volunteer drivers, not AI-assigned
Drivers are volunteer parents. We do not use AI for labour task assignment — outside the scope of High-Risk systems for transport platforms.
